Activate voicemail on xa1

Does anyone know how I activate voicemail on my new xa1. I've followed instructions by going to settings and call but there's no where to switch it on. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for replying but ive looked there and there is no where to switch it on. Might have to ring customer services.
