Camera key failure

My c5 ultra camera key does not click pictures

Go to Settings -> About phone -> Diagnostics -> Test -> Camera button. Does the test pass or fail?

Myc5 the camera button is a two stages button, halfway down to focus and completely down to take a picture. Can you try to press the button all the way down?
