Cannot open apps

why experia neo L cannot open instagram, twitter, ubersocial and youtube? i have try to install n uninstall, but still doent work. help pleaseee -__-

What happens when you try to open the apps? Do you get any error message? 

Do you get the same error message if you start the phone in safe mode?
