Help!! - Update Interupded

Hi,

  My update got interuped and now the PCC will not connect to it. The phone is showing a yellow triangle containing a !.  what should i do

I'm sorry to hear that your phone has that problem after trying to update it. I would recommend you to try using another computer to connect to the PCC or you could also try uninstalling and reinstalling the software in your computer. If it doesn't detect it, you will need to try using another computer.

Have you tried to repair your phone software? If not, start PC Companion->Start Support Zone->Start Software Update->Click on Repair and follow the instructions on PC.

Try using SEUS from here

Download and install then run SEUS follow the instructions on the screen, turn the phone off whilst you download and install SEUS

Dont turn the phone on just connect the phone to SEUS when asked to do so, holding the back button and inserting the USB cable,

dont release the back buttin until told to do so

Then select from the option Repair / Install to install and let it run through the process again following the instructions on the screen

If you backed up your data before you should be able to reinstall once complete, if not you will have to do it all again.
