Display in my c5 ultra does not show original colors.

Same image when shared on other phones displays true colors.

Need support.

Welcome to the community,

This could be due to the Bravia 2 Engine within the device, all pictures and videos are enhanced when viewing on the handset due to the engine. So the pictures will look different on someone elses product as they do not have the same image engine running.

I would elaborate on the problem as below.
Suppose I capture an image in which dress the person is wearing is of pink color.
In the captured image it does not show the pink color, it shows some different color, which does not match with original color.
Same image when I transfer to some other phone say lenovo.
The actual colors are visualized in the same image on the other phone.
Even the color of other icons on my home screen are different than what they should actually be.

I am very disappointed with the pictures taken using C5 Ultra no matter which modes I use. Pictures are blur, colours are not sharp as advertised and full of noise. An example would be taking a pic of the car meter which has red words but turned out to be not so "red" unlike Samsung A5 which can take a very sharp and clear picture which shows the true picture of it. PLEASE give us an update for the camera as Sony cameras should be the best of all. Thanks

Sony's C5 Ultra flagship is on great camera quality but the photos taken are indeed very disappointing. The sharpness and colour of pictures taken are of low quality, far worse than what is promoted. Can Sony solve the problem?
