I downloaded PC Suite to my computer but it does not see my phone (W518a). Is anybody out there having the same problem?
Is the USB connection on your phone set to PC/Phone mode? Does your PC detect your phone as a removable drive and does the phone charge through the USB connection?
Phone is set to phone mode. PC does not see phone at all, yes phone charges through the USB cable.
I would suggest using a different USB cable and/or a different PC, to try and pinpoint the problem.
