It comes up a text: Read error. Try again. at my mobile's screen a few seconds, then it disappears but shows up very often and I do not know what the problem is I dont have any aps that are on.
Dont know if Read erros. Try again. is the right text on english but in swedish it says: Läsfel. Försök igen. If that gonna help?

I also turned off NFC and android beam which fixed the problem.

I had the same problem but on readin these comments I realised my debit card is in my phone case so I took the phone out problem solved put my phone back in and the problem started again!!! Thanks it had got so irritating x

I was having the same read error problem until I read these comment. I also had my credit card in my case and as soon as I read this I took it out and the problem stopped so just wanted to say thanks to you all for the help!

Thanks Peter, it WAS because of my library books too! Each time I laid handset on book it pops up. Glad to have found this thread 🙂

Just took my credit card out and the error has gone! Weird!!!!

Hi there, I had the same error message appearing constantly and as I am a little OCD it was bothering me to say the least. I removed my opal card (bus card) from my phone case and problem solved. Thank ya'll.
