Spiro/bluetooth problem

Hi there,

We've just got a Spiro and it seems fine. However there does seem to be a problem with it when you try and use it with Bluetooth, it won't pull up the contacts list no matter what you do!! I've been through the manual for the car, the stereo and searched the internet but the only solution I can find is to download the software update which I can't do because I have a Mac and no USB cable either!! The helpline told me to call the car manufacturer, not the most helpful advice I've ever received a 10p per minute.

Help please, there must be a way to make this work without having to spend more money on this.

It's hard to tell if Spiro should be compatible with your Bluetooth device. That would have to be confirmed by the provider of the Bluetooth device.

Have you tested with other Bluetooth devices?

If you would like to update the software in your phone you need a micro USB cable and access to a PC computer.
