I have my Z5 Premium on my at&t network and I will occasionally get a loud electronic screeching or beeping when a call connects or disconnects. I've tried a few different sim cards and a factory reset and the issue seems to, at very best, just happen less frequently.

I've seen a few different forums with a similar issue but on different phones (iPhone and Samsung) and different carriers. Just curious if anyone was having the same issue. I'd love to find a fix for this, the screech nearly brings me to my knees.

Not sure what this can be honestly, but did you try to contact your carrier about it?

Well the rep at the store suggested to try different sim cards. I haven't tried calling their tech support just yet. I'm under the impression it's a carrier issue, as all the diagnostics on my phone pass and it's not a consistent problem and only happens when the call connects or disconnects. However, the rep in store didn't know of anything it could be other than the sim card. So he suggested I contact Sony if the problem wasn't fixed with the sim card swap. I sent an email in but, my phone isn't under warranty and not sure they'll actually be able to help any.
