Cant get/make calls

Bonjour j'ai acheté mon xperia xz il y a un mois a peu près et je ne peux ni appeler ni recevoir les appels je ne comprends pas

Is that from the moment you bought your phone or does it occur since yesterday or what?

Does your SIM card work properly when you put it in another phone?

Can you make phone calls when you put a friend's SIM card in your XZ phone?
