A month ago purchased Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra and a week later it went into repair due to touch screen issues - it was accepted in a repair center in Netherlands. It has been well over half a month and I am still waiting. This is HORRIBLE Service and device quality! I will NEVER recommend Sony mobile to anyone and I will post the video of the issue I experienced on Youtube and all tech sites to illustrate how terrible Sony is. I am sorry to say it, but Sony support is pathetic. You buy Sony and got pushed and transferred around without getting real answers and solutions... But you got my money already, right?!?!?!

I'm afraid that I won't be able to assist you with service case as this is a Global user based forum and all service cases are handled by your Local support team. Please stay in touch with them for further information as they are very well informed on local service routines and consumer laws in your market/region.

Jonas, you do understand that I am a customer of Sony and not some other entity. As such I do not care if someone else is repairinng my phone. This does not relieve Sony from taking responsibility of the actions taken by your affiliates and such. Their mistakes will spill shiet on the name of Sony as a company, so your post is worthless and you just failed.

I will not be recommending Sony products to anyone and on the contrary - will be using my best IT knowledge to let the others know how miserable support I have received from Sony.

To me as a customer, this situation is ridiculos....

Hello again!

I do understand your frustration, however as this is a Global user based forum, I will not be able to assist you with local service cases as they are handled by your Local support team.

Have you been in contact with them and explained your situation? They should be able to provide you with a much more detailed answer to why your device is still at the service centre and why the repair has been delayed.

my user name explains everything.

bought a XZ Premium and the volume key not working, sent out for repair, no way to track, feels like it's been stolen already. I was told there is not a single repair center in the US, ridiculous, pathetic.

All service cases are handled by your Local support team as they vary between markets/regions, so I'm afraid that I will not be able to assist you with this matter. If you have not been in contact with them, I recommend that you talk to them and they will be able to provide you with a more detailed answer than I am able to.
