Xperia XZ start hanging alot after nougat update

Hi everyone I purchased this smartphone about 2 month before, in beginning it was working flawlessly n I was satisfied from its performance. But since Obama nougat it's routine performance effected badly because it start heating n hanging during Skype calls browsing Facebook n playing mid processing games.
Even during Skype calls it take lot of time to open whatsapp or Facebook n during that process it becomes hot like pressure cooker. I used Galaxy Note 4 for 2 years n trust me I didn't face anything annoyed like this n don't forget Note 4 has low processing power as compared to this crop. I am really upset from this situation I also make hard reset but that two didn't solve my problem I have installed about 170 different apps including games.
Any solution please

I have also seen that only 2 cores are working. I also have stutter in scrolling (Facebook is horrible) and in UI.
After a reboot all 4 cores are working as long as you first lock your device (screen off). After that only the 2 slow cores get alive and the fast ones are stopped.

Ok.. What now? The stutter in the scrolling works at my nerves!
It's so irritating that throwing the phone seems like a satisfying solution.

I had a CPU benchmark running in background, which should load all CPUs, but also only 2 CPUs active.
CPU-z and AIDA64 show the same...
I hope this isnt the overheat solution xD

Instead of booting in safe Mode, my advice is to turn off battery care and smart cleaner, then turn off the device and on again. Then you will notice significantly improvement of the battery (less drain), better performance of the cpu (all cores active), less lag on the album app/bravia engine/scrolling menus on your Nougat version.
