Thank you for your affords and willingness to help. But. This solution hasn't helped. For some time it seemed to become better, but finally everything has come as usual (((
Tried several times. Nothing.
I suppose it's better to downshift to 7.0.0 software and compare. How do you think??
@NSeregin
If ur downgrading... then go for the marshmallow update... It is more stable than nougat. Also battery runtime is more better in marshmallow
Uninstall facebook app. Or deactive it
Hello there. I'm having the same issue. I've tried safe mode and it works okay in safe mode. But as soon as I change to normal mode and use the application it starts to heat and freeze while using apps. Sometimes it takes ages even to go to settings or just to home screen. I'm using my XZ for 4 months. Freezing and heating issues began approximately a week ago. Any advice please?

If it is working in safe mode then definitely some app is causing this problem. One way is to find that app and uninstall it. Other way is to do a factory reset.
FYI there is July security patch update releasing today before doing the above try installing it and see if issue is solved.
Are u in the developer mode if not go to settings>about phone> and tap 3 or 4 times on the Build Number until it says ur a developer. After doing this go back to settings and select developer options and open running services. In running services it shows the realtime ram usage of the phone. Plz take a screenshot of that and send it to me
I'll tell you one guys one thing , it's not the Facebook app which makes the phone hang .
Uninstall Facebook messenger app which makes the phone slow n Sluggish . You can download Messenger lite which works like a charm n is an official app
Since the last 2 updates, my Xperia XZ has been heating without even being used and is frequently marking high usage of RAM. Following the same the performance is highly effected. How to correct these issues.
Some users reported that disabling Google Feed and Google Assistant will fix these symptoms.
