After the update in Poland, the GPS is not working too bad and Sony is wearing bimba and olewa matter

Since this issue appeared, I think sony has done nothing for all users who are complaining. They could at least add a shorcut to purge GPS data more easily, but no update has fixed the issue or has a workaround.
If they do nothing, I may compare that issue issue to planned obsolescence. As long as they do not communicate about it officialy.

After system update to 47.2 a 10.62 GPS died completely. Have to buy new phone. Those updates are

F u sony.i have been using sony from z2, z5c, xz1c watches and so one and i have never seen that u fix anything no support at all. Android 9 on xz1c is broken as F. Maybe u should listen ur clients. Next phone will be Not SONY.

I did a clean install of the lastest firmware. It did no solve the GPS issue...

It is still necessary to clean the GPS data to make it work...

Would it be the time to finally quit Sony and buy a SAMSUNG S10e???? I have been using  Sony phones for 10 years... 

It's clearly unacceptable that nobody from Sony cares of this issue...

I Loved Sony, I Hate Sony 

I have several products of SONY (4k TV, Audio Receiver, Headphone WH-1000XM2, Walkman, MP3 Player, Playstation Pro, Several Experia's Mobile, etc...).

Xperia => Vibrations louder than ringtones. A lot of junk software. Very bad support (No Support)

Playstation => I can't pair TOP PS (PRO) with my TOP Sony Headphones... they are products of different divisions, they said. **bleep**... ??? Both have SONY brand on themselve!!!

TV - I can't pair SONY TV with bluetooth SONY Headphones.... why SONY, WHY ???

In the past it was a top brand, but today ... 

Never again sony NEVER !!!

Hi, 

I finally find a fix to this issue!

It comes from the phone operator settings. I suppose that the upgrade to Pie delete some informations. You should edit the APN parameters  and add "agps" to it...
