Experia Z not starting

It has been 8 months till i got experia z and today i had my first big problem. Last night everything was ok. 

I donot know that if the phone is dead or something.

The problem is this :

When i want  to open the phone it starts normally at first. First sony logo comes then experia logo. And after the graphic view comes and it stucks with that view and it does not open.

I have already tried pc companion but it can do nothing because the device stucks on that screen and it does not open so pc companion can not connect with any device.

Please help because i am at honeymoon at outside my country and i cannot use my phone.

do this download sony update service at http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/ then pick your model power your phone off by doing power button and volume button down untill it vibrates 3 times then hold down volume down again and keep holding it and connect the phone to your pc once program fetches response from your phone it will tell you when to let go from holding down volume down and once it says your phone is up to date cross in that you agree you want it to wipe your data to do a fresh install hopefully this will get your phone back to life
