Light sensor not working after lollipop update

I run the diagnostic test on my device after the update and light sensor failed.it worked normally with kit Kat 4.4.4! Another bug? Can anyone help?

Light sensor is lighting normally but it is not working in the test of checking light sensor in the settings>status>diagnostics

If you look at date on diagnostic app its 1970.So flawed

I've had Z3 Dual from 7 months. it was working fine and no issue

suddenly I have noticed that all light sensors are not working (adaptive brightness & backlight during Call)

The proximity sensor no longer works !!! when I make a call or receive call multiple shortcuts are pressed on screen and run during Call !!!!?????.

The light sensors is not detecting anything then adaptive brightness also not working !!

as a sony user I am disappointed.

and when I google the problem I found many users having same problem with Light sensors.

We are waiting for urgent reply from Sony.

Does your phone has a protective film or case?

Does it work while on safe mode?

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test it.

My mobile has no protect on the screen.

I have also tried safe mode .... i got the same

I tried also diagnostics .. same problem !!!

Light sensors completely not working.

Next step, repair the phone with PCC

Bridge (for Mac)

I have done Setting/Factory Reset before i post my issue

the problem not solved.

I need Urgent action from sony please....

Just try it once more, but this time do NOT enter your Gmail account so your phone wont start downloading apps and/or updates 

if that doesn't work, get your phone inspected at your local Xperia care

I have checked everything before I post my problem, it is for sure not A third party issue

This is from mobile itself!!.
It is easy to say go to ur local Sony care.

They will take the device and Un assemble it and return to me as trash.

I am totally disappointed..

There's nothing else I can suggest, keep in mind that this is a user based forum, what you are experiencing seems to be hardware rather than software
