Pre-installed Apps any use?

Please help me to remove pre installed applications like Google plus,Evernote and Google Keep from my xperiaz2(Lollipop version)

Settings > apps > all > select the app > uninstsall, if you don't have the option to uninstall it you could disable it.

You phone came with Evernote pre-installed? Is that from Sony or carrier?
