problem with turning off

My phone suddenly turns off and the battery is at 85%?

It turned off when I was trying to type this message.

It is water proof, so I cannot remove the battery.

Any suggestions please?

Press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds

if that doesn't work, open the SIM cover > press the yellow button for 2 seconds, gently.

Your first suggestion didn't work.

I tried your second one, yellow button, three times. So far so good.

I tried both suggestions. They didn't work. My phone won't even turn on now. Thank you for your help.
