Qustion about Factory Reset

Im currently downloading Android 4,3 for my Xperia Z1. Once I execute a Factory Reset in my device will the version go back to 4.2 or 4.3 will be the default?

If you perform a factory reset on your device, you will not roll back to an earlier Android-version. You will stay on Android 4.3 in this case.
