Stopping Apps Xperia Z3

Yesterday night I installed Facebook messenger and Scrabble.

I was trying to play Scrabble then the app stopped working. The phone started randomly reboot ( around 5min ) and turn off.

I plug the phone, but no sign of charging and I left it plugged. This morning, the phone was on.

It's look like I never used some app before. Even my account Gmail is deleted, but some systeme's app ( parameters, video ) are not working.

Could someone help me, please

What I meant is that most likely the phone was factory reset by someone that had access to your Gmail account, you can repair the phone with PCC and make sure to change the Gmail password as soon as possible.

That's odd but if you have MyXperia enabled and someone has access to your Gmail account they can use either

MyXperia or Android device manager to delete everything on your phone.

The phone is not connected to my GMail account. All the app working looks like new ( never used ). I need wifi or data to connect my Gmail account, but SETTINGS is not working

The phone has to be connected to a Gmail account as that's how you download apps from the playstore

Yes, I know. Since yesterday, the phone was connected to my Gmail account.

But after the reboot, all app look like never been used. Only my contacts was saved.

And I can not connect the phone to internet because the app named " SETTINGS " stopped working.

And I'm not abbled to uninstall any app.

Can I download MyXperia with PC COMPANION ?

Hi @Christopher

I did it yesterday, everything goes well.

I just plug the, no sign of charging.
