i have xperia z, i plug into laptop use sony pc companion and got latest updates for xperia z, why not to try and i try updates, download i think take hour maybe and after download install to phone but error i dont rememer what error, i try turn on my phone stuck at sony logo then reboot sony logo back and reboot, have red light, i google what is red light, red light is baterry low, but before i update my battery 96% no data/wifi active.., help me what happen to my phone, just use 1 month..

yeah i know what problem.., today i go to service centre and check, my phone got hardware fail.., and sent back to factory.. and how long to repair i dont know..:smileysad:
try this
connect your phone to a wall charger (not the dock) > press and hold power & volume up for 8 seconds > let your phone charge for 1hour > try to turn it back on then repair it with SUS

i try but nothing happen, i hold all button and stuck sony reboot and red light, cannot charge, before problem come i turn off phone and charge use plug charge have screen on and battery logo, but now not anymore just on sony logo reboot many time and same time red light.. actually, what happened to my phone

your phone has to be off with SUS
yes sure.. but my phone cannot go to flash mod or fastboot, my phone on only 2 or 3 second and reboot, cannot do anything.., maybe need repair at service centre.., so sad this is my first exprience use sony.., only 1 month got problem.., before use sony i use samsung.., samsung better from sony
perhaps there's something wrong with your phone
