Hello, I tried to submit my cashback claim for ILCE 6000L camera, uploaded the photos and at the end received a message: Claim submitted, there is a problem with your product registration.
What does it mean?
Will I get a cashback?

to your account within 28 days

It could be one of a number of things so I have escalated this for you and someone from
Sony will be in touch in the next couple of days.

Ive been asked to check if you had an e-mail with a Case ID?
If not that means that the claim wasn't submitted and in such cases Sony ask customers to try using a diffeent internet browser or a device (another PC, tablet, phone, etc.)
The required documents should be either documents in PDF format or pictures in PNG, JPG or JPEG formats and the size should not exceed 2 MB to ensure the files will be uploaded successfully.

I think the first thing to do is contact Sony Support on +44 (0) 2073652810
and explain the situation that you were informed that Support have already stated
the claim was approved on 12/6/2017 and the cashback should have been transferred
within 28 days of that date.
Let us know what happens please and I can always re-escalate this for you if there are
any problems.
