How to get firmware apps onto a6300...seems complicated...just like all sony site??

Thanks...seem to have done everything ok...now have VER 2.1 but cant find anything in "Applications" on canera? Just 3 boxes..App management/ smartphone / playmemories. if I open app management  3 options  Box / manage ane remove /display account    if i open sort..more boxes???

New camera...apps tab empty...have tried to d/l as you showed ,but althought I now hav ver 2.1   cant see any apps?

It has just occured to me that if I now have Ver. 2.1   this does not give me the apps to d/l but , that i now have the ability to access site to do so..??   if so, where is this?  thanks

Hi again

As the camera is new it doesn't sound like you've got any apps yet

so they won't just appear on the camera.

Please check  the first link I posted above, it shows you to go to:

where you can connect your camera and purchase / download some apps.

I have been there..will not accept my sign in details!   very Sony!  do I have to set up separate password etc for this?
