Hi I have the Sony xr65x94j but I am having problems streaming programs. The film starts but then freezes on pure stream. But on other streaming sites (Netflix, Disney and prime run fine). We have 200mbps Internet. The TV is on WiFi would it work better wired. Also sound keeps dropping but if I switch it to TV sound and then back to sound bar sound comes back.. Any idea why these keep happening.?
I did a factory wipe/reset and still did. I have found that some x90j owner are having same issue. So to me the app needs updating..
Yes and a factory reset, still same issue. Had read other X90J owners are having same issue. Think sony just need to do a update.. Hopefully that would fix issue.. Plus the app makes the audio to sound bar stop so I have to change to TV audio then back to sound bar and it works again another issue with the app that needs fixing. No other app gives me the same issues other apps work fine with no issues. Upside love the TV XR65X94J..
Yes and tried factory reset and still happened. Have read some people with the X90J having same problem so to me it's the app. (Bravia Core)
I understand but I have used both wire and WiFi and same problem, WiFi runs 130mbps still freezes. Also other users of the x90j having same issue not just me.

Just had a message saying they will enhance and go Further With my permission, Also just had a update on Bravia core, And still having sound drop out when watching a film, EG bloodshot. Have to change sound to TV and back to soundbar to get sound back.

Have you tried to check the sound issue with the soundbar disconnected from the TV?
Yes and the TV sound works. But I know it's the app because every other app works with the sound bar and doesn't loose sound.. But on the Bravia Core with sound bar if sound goes off I just flick to tv sound annd the back to sound bar and it then works.
