Logging on Issues - MySony. Locked out of account
Hi, I'm got frustrated trying to log in to MySony account to add new devices, I've had to create a new account.
When loging in, I continues to tell me to change password, then asks me my secret question. the site continues to reject the correct answer. I'm not too sure if it's case sensative, so I've tried several versions.
Can anyone please resolve this issue. I've a lot of devices registered and don't want to start pulling them all out to get their serial numbers, etc.......
