I am having trouble downloading the manual for my new Vaio VPCEJ3C5E. I seem to get an empty or incomplete zip file. Any ideas?

I have just tested the download from the following link:

It seems complete to me...

Have you extracted the Zip file and then double clicked on either index.html (How to use) or index2.html (troubleshooting)? This should provide all necessary links.
