Hi,
So, bad news. I broke the LCD of my Vaio SZ2HP.
A new one would cost 845€, which is more than the price of some complete/new laptops in the market, so I'm not paying for a new LCD on Sony but i would still like to repair the laptop. I'm trying to get my hands on a LCD screen from a broken laptop and then switch it with mine.
I've been around some places looking for broken laptops but my biggest problem is: how can i know the LCD reference of my LCD? I know it's a 13.3' X-Black but that doesn't seem enough to me... and i don't want to buy a screen that doesn't fit
Is there any place where i can find the specific reference of the LCD?
Thanks a lot
Thanks for the prompt help!
Unfortunately that site does not have the sz2hp model listed...

Just did Let's see if they can help...
One more thing, anyone knows a good lcd seller in europe where i can order my new lcd from?
Thanks for helping.
I opened the laptop yesterday to check the part no. on the LCD. It very easy to remove the LCD by the way!
I found out it uses a Sharp LQ133K1LA4A. I don't know if this is the same model used in the VGN-S series...
Already ordered a new screen and i'm currently waiting for it to arrive!
Thank you all for your help
