I had a problem with my VAIO (it didn't enter Windows anymore, saying `Operating system not found`) so I sent it at the service centre. This was 2 days ago. I received a reference number when my laptop arrived at the service centre, but I don't know where to use it. I would like to know how the process is going but I don't know where to use my reference number. Please help me guys, thanks!

As far as I know it is not possible to 'Track your repair' online for Vaio and Tablet.
You can use your Reference Number when you phone Vaio Support (Mon - Fri 0800 to 1800)
