Hi all

howto obtain factory restore media? after a COMPLETE HD FAILURE - was not possible using to retreive the media fro the failed hd.

I have downloaded all the necessary media from sony's website - for re-installing - but not very sucessful to many options and many problems would work after installing.

.  I have a VGN-AR&!M laptop with vista or win7 to new hd.

can someone advise please.

I'm 78yrs old.

Hi I_middleton,
You can purchase a set of recovery media from Sony Support. You will need to call the out of warranty telephone number 0905 0310006 (Fixed: 0.35£/min).
