Volume Buttons

I have a problem where i reinstalled Win XP but now the volume buttons do not work.

Notebook: VGN FE21B

Can anyone help

Hi badbob and welcome to Club Vaio.

Have you reinstalled the Preinstalled Utilities and Preinstalled Drivers for your model from here FE21B Downloads ?

I would recommend you install all the Utilities (Folders 1 to 10) or you will find lots of other things wont work like Power Management.

If you just want the Fn keys to work you will need to install (in order):

1. Sony Utilities (Folder 1)
2. Sony Shared Library (Folder 2)
3. Vaio Event Service

Reboot your Vaio.
Sometimes does not work first time!!
