i just bought sony vaio vpcf23n1e/b .i used skype for video calling and it says u don't have camera?

what should i do?

Hi manisv and welcome.

Have you set up the camera in Skype - video options?

Does the camera work when you open All Program's -> ArcSoft -> Webcam Companion?

If not as your Vaio is new, it may be easiest to ask the shop where you bought it to test the camera for you.
