I can't access to my mobile data

I tried what the trouble ask me to do, but I still dont know what to do, everytime I try to download Internet and mms setting.. I won't download... And I don't know what to do...

If you have wifi try with WiFi on, if not then you could enter them manually

settings > more > mobile networks > access point names > enter the info > save
