I can't access to my mobile data

I tried what the trouble ask me to do, but I still dont know what to do, everytime I try to download Internet and mms setting.. I won't download... And I don't know what to do...

I'm encountering same issue, how did you solve this. everytime I download the internet setting, i'm getting an error message saying that there's a need to download settings using a computer's browser. But i can't find any solution on this site.

That's odd, but what if you turn on WiFi then try again?
