Reject call with SMS is not working on z1

While I receive any call, I can see the reject with SMS option at the bottom of the call screen. But after I select or touch any predefined message , it is just unresponsive . Call is also not rejected and no SMS sent out.

Could you please help out?

Issue solved....smartkey app was the culprit...
