The aim of this thread is to collate all the issues that are currently outstanding and to provide feedback to everyone in this thread. This thread will be a work in progress and updates on various reported issues will be posted back here on the pages below.
Only issues that can be confirmed by multiple people will be posted here.
NOTE: For anyone experiencing other issues not mentioned here - can you please ensure that you factory reset the TV. Instructions are located: HERE
Update: Due to some TVs that will be on Marshmallow and others that will be on Nougat, this list will be separated into two (ATV1 and ATV2 - see below for model numbers for the difference). If the fault occurs on both versions of Android, it will be listed under both lists.

HDMI Handshake Issues interferring with other equipment
Problem:
When putting the Sony TV into standby mode the picture will stay ok, but every roughly 15 minutes the screen goes blank only for a split second then returns to normal then after a few seconds it does it again maybe once or twice. It then works ok for another 15 minutes but then the same cycle happens again. When disconnecting the hdmi lead from the TV then fault does not occur.

Not Retaining Picture Mode/Colour Temp
Problem:
After coming out of standby after a period of time (i.e. 20mins or more), some people have noticed that the picture mode (cinema pro) or colour temperature(i.e. expert1) has not been retained upon switching the TV back on. One person reported back that a factory reset fixed the problem, others reportibg it didnt.

Un-responsive TV after being in standby for a while
Problem:
Upon turning the TV on from being in standby for a while, many are reporting that they get no sound and that the TV is completely un-responsive.

01-06-2016 - Sony is aware of this issue and has a fix in the pipeline. It is unknown when the firmware will be updated at this stage.
[RESOLVED] Bluetooth randomly switching itself on after being disabled
Problem:
Upon Bluetooth being disabled in the settings, it appears that bluetooth seems to activate itself again. The exact steps to replicate this is unknown

01-03-2017 - Issue appears to have been resolved since the Marshmallow (Android 6.0) update that was released on the 22nd February 2017.
[RESOLVED] Disabled Wifi switches itself back on
Problem:
As this title suggests, upon having 'Built in Wifi' disabled in the settings, it re-enables itself by simply goung back to network settings menu.

25-02-2017 - With the Marshmallow (Android 6.0) firmware update that was released on the 22nd February 2017, this issue has been fixed.
[RESOLVED] Image Stutter on BT Ultra HD & Sky Q Silver Boxes
Problem:
Whilst using the BT Ultra HD or Sky Q Silver devices, many people are reporting image stuttering. This has been talked about in the main Android TV thread HERE, as well as a dedicated thread HERE
Work-around:
Set the output to 1080p on the BT Ultra HD or Sky Q Silver devices instead of UHD (2160p)
Sky Q - Switch to a different HDMI source then switch back may clear the issue.

12-07-2016 - Sony and BT are investigating this issue
25-07-2016 - I have updated this issue to include the Sky Q Silver as well as communicated this back to Sony with a more urgent request due to Sky launching their UHD service on 13 August.
28-07-2016 - Sony is working on a fix for those that have this problem with BT and Sky boxes.
13-12-2016 - Sony has confirmed that this issue has been resolved with the release of the firmware version 3.533 on the 7th November 2016. There are a couple of reports that this hasnt resolved it for all, but this will be handled by Sony on a case-by-case basis is necessary.
[RESOLVED] VEVO App - Adjusting volume stops playback of music
Problem:
When adjusting the volume when playing music inside the VEVO App, the playback of the music clip stops and then takes you back to VEVO's home screen. Confirmed on 2015 and 2016 TVs.

28-07-2016 - Sony has reproduced this issue in testing using current and previous FW versions. It has been escalated up to the engineers.
13-12-2016 - VEVO updated their app sometime ago which resolved this issue.

Juddery Playback on USB HDD Recordings
Problem:
Upon playback of recordings via USB, it appears that there is some 'juddering' or 'jerkyness' of the video image. This is more noticable on fast moving scenes (i.e. Sports or even the BBC News Ticker-tape at the bottom of the screen). When viewing the same video live, there is no juddering/jerkyness

[RESOLVED] Amber/Green Lights Blinking after Marshmallow Update
Problem:
TV seems to be in a continuous reboot - Audio is heard, but screen remains blank. The front LED lights continuously blink Amber/Green as in the clip below

25-02-2017 - Issue has been reported to Sony. Any updates received will be communicated back to the forums and here.
04-03-2017 - For those that are experiencing this issue, please contact Sony Support to arrange a repair. The mainboard will most likely be replaced, which will revert the TV back to Lollipop for the time being.
13-05-2017 - With the latest firmware update (version 3.865) this issue seems to have been resolved.
