Hello all
The aim of this thread is to collate all the issues that are currently outstanding and to provide feedback to everyone in this thread. This thread will be a work in progress and updates on various reported issues will be posted back here on the pages below.
Only issues that can be confirmed by multiple people will be posted here.
NOTE: For anyone experiencing other issues not mentioned here - can you please ensure that you factory reset the TV. Instructions are located: HERE
Update: Due to some TVs that will be on Marshmallow and others that will be on Nougat, this list will be separated into two (ATV1 and ATV2 - see below for model numbers for the difference). If the fault occurs on both versions of Android, it will be listed under both lists.
Current Faults (ATV 1 - Marshmallow):

Issues Resolved/Closed:
Satellite Channels Re-Sorting Itself Automatically
Problem:
When people sort the satellite channels in the order they wish, after a period of time those channels will be all moved back to the default. Disabling satellite auto tuning in the channel setup options appears to have no effect.
See discussion thread:
Potential Work-Around:
At current, there is a work-around that may prevent the satellite channels from re-sorting itself. You will need to setup the TV again (via Initial setup or Factory reset) and set the TVs country to either 'Other' or ' - '. See instructions below:

[RESOLVED] Picture but NO Sound
Problem:

Updates:
07-02-2016 - issue has been reported to Sony, awaiting update
25-02-2017 - Closing this issue due to lack of recent complaints. With the release of the Marshmallow (Android 6.0) update on the 22nd February 2017, it has many performance and stability fixes which was most likely the cause.
Info Button not showing all information via HDMI sources
Problem:
Since the 2 Feb Firmware update (PKG3.179.0100EUA), upon pressing the info 'i+' button on the TVs remote control, it is only displaying the information banner with little content detail. Using the proper remote control for the device works fine. Seems a CEC issue to me (opinion)

No 3D Options in Action Menu
Problem:
Some people are reporting that they cannot switch on 3D - either SBS or OU, as these options are not visible in the Action Menu upon playback of 3D videos.
Work-Around:
Use the Video and TV SideView app on a smartphone or tablet. Alternatively, if you have a previous generation remote control, this has a dedicated 3D button which works.

[RESOLVED] Video App aspect set to FullScreen
Problem:
The Video app on my Sony TV always stretches the image to fullscreen and there seems to be no way of changing this. Pressing the action menu reveals an option for either "Expand" or "Fit to screen" but neither of these options change anything.
